Service Changes for 2016 - Tenant Resource Center

Service Changes for 2016

There are many changes afoot at the Tenant Resource Center.  Sadly, our once seamless services have gotten messy due to our many small contracts and a major funding cut from Dane County.  In summary, here are the changes as of January 1st, 2016.

WHO WE CAN SERVE

  • City of Madison residents
  • UW students
  • Residents outside of Dane County
  • In limited cases we can help people in Dane County (outside of Madison) if . .
       a)  they are homeless or at risk of homelessness AND
they need services in Spanish or Hmoob OR
       b)  they need case management for rapid-rehousing services (homeless or chronically homeless with VISPDAT score below 10)
  • City of Madison residents
  • Dane County residents (through June 2016)
