Position:        Case Manager Supervisor

Hours:            Full time, some evenings/weekend work required. Flexible schedule to meet work demand.

Benefits:        18 paid personal/vacation days annually plus paid holidays

Salary:           $50,000/year

 

Description:

The primary role of the case manager supervisor is to oversee clinical and administrative operations within the TRC’s Housing and Eviction Prevention programs. This position is ideal for trained individuals who are resourceful, hold a deep commitment to ending homelessness, are critical thinkers, and natural leaders.

 

Job Duties:                           

  • Direct staff supervision and support for case managers
  • Recruit/Onboard/Supervise Staff & Volunteers
  • Manage Case Files
  • Program Activity Review and Tracking
  • Collaboration and Community Building
  • Other Duties as Assigned

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MSW, APSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or related degree/license
  • 2+ years' experience providing direct staff supervision
  • 2-5 years of experience providing case management
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate computer-based systems like Microsoft Office suite, Google suite, and/or HMIS
  • Ability to manage affect and maintain professional boundaries
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently and with close attention to details
  • Experience in community-based services related to housing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to take complicated and technical information and make it accessible

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Lived experience of housing insecurity, homelessness, and/or the legal system
  • Bilingual -- a preference for individuals fluent in Spanish, Chinese, Hmong, Khmer, or Arabic
  • Concrete understanding of restorative justice, abolitionism, and/or anti-oppression movements

Additional Information:

Must have access to reliable transportation - local travel required on a regular basis
