Our main office in Madison has the most available hours. In addition to our EDDP Team and Housing Counselors, we have a variety of partner attorneys in our main office on certain days of the week.

Mondays: Walk-in only, 9am to 6pm

Tuesdays: Appointment-only, 9am to 6pm

Wednesdays: Appointment-only, 9am to 1pm

                 Walk-in only, 1pm to 4pm

Court Services

Have an online eviction hearing in Dane County and need help attending? We have computers available at our office exclusively for court-involved tenants. Eviction hearings are typically Tuesdays & Wednesdays. We recommend getting to our office 30 minutes in advance to your hearing.
